There is no cooking required and all natural ingredients are used.
The only special equipment that is needed are a freezer or freezer compartment. And a basic blender. An ice cream maker is optional.
Each recipe has been tested with three different sweeteners: xylitol, agave syrup and Sweet Freedom Mild, so you can use whichever you prefer.
