the workshop for (healthy) chocolate lovers!
Learn how to make your very own, very easy chocolate recipes - truffles, chocolate bars, fudge and cakes - ‘choc-full’ (‘scuse the pun) of pure, natural ingredients that are actually good for you .
This in depth workshop has the potential to change your eating patterns for good - no longer need you feel guilty for eating chocolate because YOUR chocolate will be incredibly healthy as well as yummy!
The recipes you will learn and sample in this workshop contain NO sugar, NO wheat/gluten,
NO dairy, NO soy.
On this workshop you will learn:
- all about raw chocolate in its various forms - powder, butter, nibs, paste - and how to use it
- all about the various natural sugar substitutes, superfoods and flavourings, and how to combine them with chocolate to make fabulous tastes and textures
- how to make chocolate bars, chocolate truffles and cakes, including Raspberry Ripple Truffles, Trail Mix Chocolate Bars, Butterscotch Fudge, Dipped Chocolates, and Mini Marzipan or Lemon Cakes.
- how to make the sweetener of your choice work in your chosen recipe
- how to ring the changes by adding different flavours, textures or superfoods
You will get to taste lots of chocolate throughout the workshop including Tiramisu, chocolate bars, melt-in-your-mouth truffles and crunchy biscuits. You’ll also receive a detailed info and recipe booklet to take away with you so that you can make these recipes at home.
By the end of the workshop you’ll be able to make a fabulous range of raw chocolate recipes (which can also be made with normal cocoa powder) and you’ll know exactly what to use to replace sugar, dairy, wheat and soy as ingredients.
You also get a 10% discount on any ingredients - a great chance to stock up on essentials!
Remember - there is absolutely no cooking involved and these recipes are very easy to make - so no need to worry if you can’t cook.
