All workshops are 3 hours long and cost £45.00 (or £40.00 if booked by a week before the workshop date).

about the workshops
These unique workshops show you how to take the guilt out of chocolate and create
delicious healthier chocolate recipes free from sugar, dairy & wheat/gluten.
There is absolutely no cooking involved & all the recipes are very easy to make (ie no culinary skills required!). There is lots of hands on participation & tastings, & leftovers can be taken away with you. You are also given a recipe booklet with all the recipes we make in the workshop. Numbers are limited to a max of five.
We use raw chocolate, natural sugar substitutes such as xylitol and agave syrup, superfoods and all natural ingredients. The workshops are suitable for those with food sensitivities (apart from nuts), for many people on special diets (please enquire if in doubt), vegetarians, vegans, raw food eaters, people who love chocolate (of course!) & people who enjoy cooking.
From January 2009 the workshops will be in two alternating formats as follows:
1) chocolate truffles & bars workshop

n this workshop we’ll focus on a variety of chocolate truffle & chocolate bar recipes,
from the very simple to the slightly more complicated (though I never like my recipes
to get too complicated!). These include dark, melt-
You will be given a gift box & ribbon to take away with you anything you didn’t manage to eat in the workshop.

2) chocolate desserts & cakes workshop
In this workshop we will make a Chocolate Sauce, a Mousse (in four different flavours), a Tiramisu, Swirly Chocolate Tart & Chocolate Chewy Almond Cake (which also makes great truffles).
