These unique chocolate making workshops show you how to take the guilt out of chocolate
and create delicious healthy chocolate recipes that are free from sugar, dairy, wheat/gluten
or soy.
There is absolutely no cooking involved & all the recipes
are easy to make (ie no
culinary skills required). There is lots of hands on participation & tastings, &
you get to take away with you what you’ve made. You are also given a recipe booklet
with all the recipes we make in the workshop. Numbers are limited to a max of five.
We use raw chocolate (raw cacao), natural sugar substitutes such as xylitol and agave syrup, superfoods and all natural ingredients.

The workshops cost £50.00 per person, take place in Muswell Hill in North London, and are in two alternating formats as follows:
In this workshop we will make Chocolate Mousse (in four different flavours), a divine
tasting Heavenly Chocolate Pot, & two varieties of Chocolate Chewy Almond Cake (which
also make great truffles).
I’ll also show you how to convert the Chocolate Mousse into a Chocolate Flan, while
the Heavenly Chocolate Pot is an especially adaptable recipe -
making a butterscotch dessert and a strawberries and cream dessert,
so I’ll give you pointers on how to do this as well...
Upcoming dates: sat 13 march @ 12.30-
In this workshop we focus on a range of chocolate truffle & chocolate bar recipes,
from the very simple to the slightly more complicated (though I never like my recipes
to get too complicated!).
The recipes we make are
dark melt-
creamy white chocolate truffles
dark chocolate bars.
I show you how to vary each recipe by combining different ingredients and flavours
and you get the opportunity to experiment with these for yourself. There will be
lots of opportunity to experiment with
different flavours,
shapes and extra ingredients -
Upcoming dates: sat 24 april @12.30-
