Sprinkle on fruit salad, use in smoothies, one of the main ingredients in the Chocolate Ganache in the Raw Chocolate Recipe Book.
A butterscotch/shortbread tasting yellow powder made from the lucuma fruit of Peru. Delicious for flan bases, and goes really well with chocolate, making recipes taste more like dairy chocolate. Low GI and slightly sweet, so you can use less of other sweeteners in recipes containing lucuma.
Very different in taste to ordinary roasted carob powder.
Can be used as a replacement for chocolate or, if added to chocolate recipes it adds some depth and complexity to the taste
Adds a malty taste to recipes. Use a small amount in chocolate recipes for this purpose, or make a malty mikshake by adding a small amount to a nut or seed milk.
A light brown powder that is a relative of dark carob. Lends a caramel taste to recipes, including chocolate. Very slightly sweet but also slightly bitter.
A very intense, antioxidant-
Use these to make truffles, ice cream or coconut water. They also add some great texture and taste to chocolate bar recipes when used whole or ground.

A high quality, pure coconut oil made from the fat of the coconut.
Many coconut oils are apparently made from coconuts collected by captive
monkeys.
This coconut oil is monkey-
Coconut oil is wonderful in cheesecakes, in chocolate recipes, and is also one of the very few oils regarded as relatively ‘safe’ to use when frying as it is so stable.
(Please note that this product is different from ‘coconut butter’ which is made from the whole coconut flesh not just the fat, and which acts slightly differently when used in food preparation, for example it burns more easily. Coconut oil is more stable and resilient.)

Made from the nectar of the coconut tree (NOT from palm);
GI of 35; rich nutritional
content; ethically and sustainably produced; can be used as a 1:1 replacement for
cane sugar; dissolves easily in liquids; not raw but minimally processed.
Perfect for making creamy milks (just blend with water), or sprinkling over salads. Also adds creaminess to raw soups.
Add to chocolate bar recipes for a bubbly texture.
shelled hemp seeds (Germany; raw, pesticide/agrochemical free, ethically traded)
coconut palm sugar (Bali; pesticide and agrochemical free; ethically traded)
vanilla powder, cold milled 50g (Uganda; pesticide/agrochemical free, ethically traded)
A luxurious alternative to vanilla extract. As well as its amazing natural vanilla taste it can also impart a wonderful biscuity flavour. A little goes a long way so it should last quite a long time unless you become completely addicted to it!
Please note: as vanilla powder is expensive for its weight, you may end up paying too much post & packing on your final order (as this is calculated on the price of your items). If this happens, you will automatically be refunded the overpayment during or shortly after the processing of your order.
beetroot powder 50g (Germany; pesticide/agrochemical free)
Beetroot powder is virtually tasteless, so its intense pink hue makes a perfect natural colourant that won’t affect the taste of your recipes. You don’t need very much of it so it also lasts a long time. Some ideas: add it to white chocolate or coconut recipes where the colour will work with the taste, eg rose essential oil, or funnily enough lemongrass (yes I know, but it works!). Or make your strawberry ice cream/desserts even pinker and more delicious looking!
