The intense, melting taste and texture are achieved with a precise mix of ecuadorian arriba and peruvian criollo raw chocolate.

Packaged in cute little cardboard boxes (made with 70% recycled materials) & ribbon, & nestling in gold tissue paper, these truffles make the perfect gift for friends and family…or for yourself.

These truffles are:
- entirely free from sugar, dairy, wheat, gluten, soy, GM products, artificial colourings and preservatives

- made with ingredients which are pesticide & agrochemical free (except the xylitol which is not yet available as an organic product).

- sweetened with xylitol (very low GI, only 60% of the calories of sugar, doesn't cause tooth decay or bacterial overgrowth, endorsed by many natural nutrition experts) and raw agave syrup (a medium GI sweetener).

‘Best Before’ Information: these truffles have a best before date of two months. They are generally made fresh to order, so are likely to be within the best before date by around six to seven weeks when they arrive at their destination.

Allergy Information: these truffles contain nuts

Diabetic Information: xylitol is recommended by many doctors and nutritional experts as being safe for diabetic use. Agave syrup is recommended by some as being safe for diabetics to use.  If you are diabetic or at risk from diabetes, please consult your medical advisor if in doubt as to whether you should eat these truffles.

*Note To Raw Food Eaters: these truffles are not fully raw as xylitol and vanilla extract are not raw products. The other ingredients are raw (although at the time of writing raw handcracked cashews are not available and have been substituted with organic cashews).
