These personal workshops for up to nine people allow you to arrange a day and time that suits you, and to choose the recipes you would most like to make - see below right for the choice.

Perfect for friendly get togethers, hen events, birthdays and other special occasions - or just because you fancy eating lots of chocolate!

Come along and find out lots of interesting things about raw chocolate, and taste a selection of Liz’s own recipes whilst she shows you all the delicious natural sweeteners and other ingredients you can use with chocolate, and how to work with them. Then watch Liz demo the recipes you have chosen.

Above all, a great chance to have lots of fun and indulge yourself!  

Take away samples of chocolate made during the workshop, as well as recipe and information sheets so that you can make more at home!

£230 per 2.5 hour event (for up to 9 people - divide this amount by the number of people attending)

Three different chocolate recipes for you to eat, a variety of raw chocolate ingredients and natural sweeteners to discover, plus an indepth demo of two recipes of your choice to learn (see below right for the list to choose from).

£300 per 3.5 hour event (for up to 9 people - divide this amount by the number of people attending)

The full monty - five different chocolate recipes for you to munch on whilst Liz introduces you to the diverse and delicious ingredients used in raw chocolate making - raw chocolate powder and cacao butter, cacao nibs, agave syrup, Sweet Freedom, coconut sugar, xylitol, stevia, and a variety of great ‘superfoods’.

This is followed by an in depth demo of three recipes of your choice (see below right) .

Raw Chocolate Pecan Truffle Superfood Caramel Bars

the demo recipes:

Choose the recipes you want to learn from this list - two for Workshop A, three for Workshop B.

1) CHOCOLATE BARS/BONBONS - very simple and very versatile - fruit and nut, crunchy brazil nut, mint almond, strawberry/raspberry crisp

2) PEANUT BUTTER TRUFFLES - a soft and crunchy peanut butter centre surrounded by a hard outer chocolate coating

3) MINI MARZIPAN CAKES  - a soft marzipan almond centre surrounded by a hard outer chocolate coating

4) CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE - if you doubt that avocado can be used in a sweet recipe, prepare to have your preconceptions challenged!

5) BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE - uses with a little known peruvian fruit that will delight your tastebuds!
