Melt in your mouth truffles with a rich and creamy, almost alcoholic taste. Contain nuts and coconut butter.  (Time to make: 30 mins, or 60 mins if you want to   experiment with different flavourings as well). This recipe is taught on the Truffles & Bars Workshop. Raw Chocolate Mousse

A super smooth, velvety mousse that tastes like heaven & contains a surprise ingredient. Whip it up for a private feast, or serve it to friends who will never guess you haven’t spent hours over it. Here is a selection of the recipes you can learn how  to make on the workshops or which are in the I Love Raw Chocolate! Recipe E-Book.


All are sugar free, wheat free, gluten free, dairy free, soya free. The only dried fruit used is goji berries. The recipes don’t require cooking.


The time each recipe takes to make is included to help you if you are planning your own workshop.


Recipes that contain nuts are noted for those who are nut-sensitive.  All other recipes are nut free.

Definitely one of my favourite recipes, and I know I’m not the only one. No coffee or alcohol, but of course you’re free to add them when you make it yourself...(Time to make: 50 mins). A delicious white chocolate recipe that can be made with a variety of fillings - choc chip, mint choc chip, nut and pecan, strawberry, buckwheat crunch. (Time to make: 30-45 mins, depending on how many fillings you want to experiment with. This recipe is taught on the Truffles & Bars Workshop.

This one is fast becoming a favourite, both with me and everyone who tries it. This cake has a lovely chewy consistency reminiscent of dried fruit even though there is no dried fruit in it. I love this recipe! I made it so that I could have a bar that didn’t have the sometimes rather over-stimulating properties of raw chocolate powder, but would still work taste and texture-wise. And boy, does it work! It’s quite a dangerous recipe to make, as it’s so utterly more-ish.
